This space is a creative outlet to share my favorite plant-based recipes. I'm over 18 months into my vegan journey and I have experimented a lot in the kitchen. My goal is to share some of my favorite vegan meals and illustrate how simple (and delicious) it can be to eliminate all animal products from your plate. Small changes add up. I choose to stay committed for my health, for our environment, and for the animals. Make it simple, but significant.
